  • Open the OFFICIAL WEBSITE of Runbox and go to its LOG-IN section
  • Enter your Runbox email ID and click on NEXT
  • You will be given the option to choose your password recovery method
  • You can choose the recovery via your recovery email phone number or alternate email ID
  • A recovery link will be received in your ALTERNATE EMAIL ID if you choose this option
  • A recovery code will be received in your RECOVERY PHONE NUMBER if you choose this option
  • Both the things will give you the chance to set a NEW PASSWORD
  • Make a NEW PASSWORD and enter it twice
  • SAVE the changes
